We are looking to add a Marketing Research Analyst to our marketing team.

As a Marketing Research Analyst, you will use a mix of creativity, technical skills and a strong analytical sense, to improve our conversion efforts by helping us to decide how to shape, advertise, and market our programs both to existing database and new one.

Responsibilities:

  • Own our somewhat-complex signup flow and make it much better.
  • Create mockups and run conversion tests everywhere
  • Improve our sites conversion and usability.
  • Present findings through charts, graphs, and other visual means to help make ​better-informed decisions about our programs and marketing campaigns.
  • Interpret the data you have collected, ​organizing this information into statistical tables and reports., along with recommendation for the relevant action items across the board.
  • Create a visual of industry trends and of competitors so the university can predict how our programs and services will fare in the marketplace.
  • Measure effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies both for current database and new one

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Research Analyst or a similar position, in a global company.
  • Be an expert in tracking, tagging and measuring traffic and web events.
  • Past experience with a/b testing tools and SQL is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills (goes without saying).
  • Experience with SAAS and SMB products- an advantage
  • “Can-do” and hands-on mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, independent and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
